Hi Eunoia Wellness Family, we’re back! After a much needed + beautiful maternity leave and spending all my time w/ my family, I’m back. So happy to have this space of sharing and healing back again, sharing all of my favorite foods and all things wellness. My 1 on 1 coaching is back as well but w/ limited spaces to still allow space for what’s most important to me and creating boundaries for my family and own life so that I can in return give my best self to my clients.
