One of the most rewarding transformations I've had the privilege of guiding @chadtapper_ 🌪 This was as much a psychological, mindset before and after as it was a physical one. I learned a huge amount about Chad, about myself as a coach, and about the art of coaching and mentoring someone throughout this process, and it ended up being so fulfilling to see play out. 💭 It also ended up being probably the best executed prep I've ever been involved in, from getting him absolutely skinless and ready early, to then feeding him up into the shows, and not having to worry much about peaking and the stress that could bring in a first and second ever peak week. The result 👇🏽 First place and an overall trophy in his first Men's Physique show, followed by another first place medal and second in the overall in his first classic show with @2brospro_events.
