Find more Quick-Fire Dinners inspiration on the @marksandspencer channel and on our website โ€“ link in bio. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฉ NASI GORENG AYAM ๐Ÿ— Serves 4 โ€ข 300-400g chicken breast or thighs, chopped into chunks โ€ข 100g green beans, trimmed and chopped in half โ€ข 1 jar Nasi Goreng paste โ€ข 500g cooked rice (or 2 of our easy microwave rice pouches) โ€ข 4 eggs โ€ข Optionally, to garnish โ€“ cucumber slices, sliced red chilli, crispy onions Heat some oil in a large pan or wok and pan-fry the chicken until lightly browned. Add the chopped green beans and stir-fry for a few more minutes, then add the Nasi Goreng paste and bring to a simmer. Add the cooked rice and stir-fry, mixing well to ensure everything in coated in the paste.
