I get a lot of questions about my pre & post run stretching routine. This is it... I like to get loose by shadow boxing. I focus on keeping my upper body & shoulders nice and loose while also staying light on my feet and trying to always stay in a position to throw punches. I know my technique, like my running, isn’t the best, but it’s my best.
