Thanks to everyone who came to see us on this last UK run. It's been truly humbling playing for all of you every night. This whole year has been a blur. People keep asking us if we're enjoying it and what our favourite moments have been too. The answer is "yes, mostly, and not the bits you'd expect". For every trophy we got, every runners up accolade they've given us too, it doesn't matter. Even meeting famous people who's work we adore and seeing so many places across the planet we never expected to see.. The best bits were the bits none of you could see. For many the hour we've spent uncomfortably crammed in a van staring out of the window not knowing where the fuck we are; tired, hungry, tried and hungover (because being candid and honest as we can, it's a coping mechanism for all this, and we are learning on the job here, it's hard to explain) the best part is that we get to play this music we made together with each other and step out on to a stage to entertain you lot, who've all made a notable and considered effort to get to where we are and give us your time. It's magic when it clicks and this whole tour has been everything. I do feel a connection. I was scared I was going to get bored of playing 100% Endurance every night, but after 142 shows in a year, i truly haven't. It means to me now what it meant to me then and it makes me happy to see it make you happy. You all make all of us happy, and for that we can't thank you enough. Onwards together.
