Our Lions Gate Immersion these past four days. My teacher often says you are your own best student—and that whenever you teach, you are the one who is supposed to learn the most. It was so exciting to dive into our topics this week and see how the narrative unfolded. We are all part of a group consciousness when we come together for these events, and it is this consciousness that guides us, and which guides us as teachers, to know what needs to be said, which adjustments needs to happen, and where we need to go in the practice. What began as an intention to purify our bodies, mind and yes, yonis, before the Lions Gate portal evolved into a deep exploration of our animal nature (fully human, fully divine), a call to embrace our fullness as humans who are part angel, part human and part beast. To understand that the sides of us which we suppress are part of us that we keep dormant, and where we are ignoring hidden potential energy. By fully embracing ourselves, our polarities, our light and darkness, and by knowing that we are safe in our fullness, we can unleash the potential and transform this energy that we have rejected, to energy that serves, energy that is conscious, constructive and beautiful. All it takes it the alignment. The tantric practices transmute low frequencies to high frequencies, and essentially merged the polarities within us. When we practice, we can trust that all the energy within us, even the one that we are afraid to looking at is there to serve us, and it is all a part of us. The path is the self initiation—nobody can do it for you. You have to ready yourself and take the position where you are able to realize for yourself. And thus unfolds a life lived in your full human capacity. Thank you so much to everyone who joined us and a special thank you to my co teacher Birjiwan.
