Take a milk bath ;)🌌 A simple practice for you to do if you feel drawn to the energies of Sekhmet and Bast, is to sit comfortably, close your eyes, and Contemplate on how the fiery energy of Sekhmet softens into her sister Bastet - lioness into cat - you can feel this in the body by breathing into the throat chakra, expanding and contracting for a few breaths and then let it melt down into the heart, which is the sanctuary of the epithet of Sekhmet -Bast, “the One Who loves Ma’at”, and feel into the softness of the feline aspects, expanding and contracting the heart chakra, filling it full of bright Light and the light-ness of the 🪶 of Ma'at, you can envision a feather floating in the heart chakra. Now bring the energy of Sekhmet into the Solar plexus, the domain of Ra, and again expand and contract, here with the inner Sun. When you feel the heat build, slowly float the energy up into the heart like a mist and feel again the softness of the heart, hear the purring of Bastet and then float the feather of Ma'at gently and feel yourself rest deeply into this peace.
