The surgeon said it would take two years to recover. It’s been a year since I’m off crutches...not there yet but making my way with a lot of patience and dedication. The body is an amazing thing!!! @anacostafitness thank you for working with my those first few months where I could hardly bend and 5lbs hurt. Greatful!!!
