Stop idolizing the people you follow on social media. Let’s not forget that everyone here is HUMAN and thus there’s no such thing as perfect life, relationship, woman, man, etc. As humans we are entitled to feel all the feelings in the book of feelings. From those amazing moments of deep thrill and excitement to those dark moments of frustration and despair. In social media platforms, however, most people choose to only share the amazing moments... making it easy to question our own lives as we start comparing and saying why am I not like that, or have that, or do that. Ultimately thinking: “Maybe I’m not enough” “Something must be wrong with me” If you find yourself in this trap, catch yourself.. if you see others falling in it, help them bring light in their eyes. YOU ARE ENOUGH. YOU ARE DOING AMAZING, KEEP PUSHING THROUGH. ALLOW YOURSELF TO HAVE HUMAN EXPERIENCES, GOOD AND BAD. Another thing I’ve noticed is that the people who choose to show both, the positive and the negative, get immediately judged as some people really expect the people they admire to be perfect. I’ll rather show myself as human as possible... Even if that means breaking expectations of how I should behave or act.. watch what I say or do.. if you think that because I practice yoga, life is all peace and namaste moments... you are missing the point. Be open to other’s humanness because one thing is for sure... that’s our common denominator. . #bekindalways #natarajasana #humanrace . 📸❤️ @murdoc305
