Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream Bars 🍪 🎥 @caitlins_table ⁠ Ingredients⁠ ⭐️ 1 egg⁠ ⭐️ 6 tbsp unsalted butter⁠ ⭐️ 1 pack of Miss Jones Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix ⁠ ⭐️ 1 carton of vanilla ice cream ⁠ ⭐️ 8 oreos (optional) ⁠ ⁠ Directions⁠ ⭐️ In a medium bowl, beat together the softened butter and egg using a mixer on medium speed.⁠ ⭐️ Add cookie mix to the bowl and beat on medium-low speed for 30-60 seconds.⁠ ⭐️ Pour your batter into a parchment lined 8x8 pan. Press down until it is evenly distributed.⁠ ⭐️ Bake at 350F for 16 minutes or until lightly golden on top. ⁠ ⭐️ Let the cookie base cool completely and harden before adding your ice cream.
