sorry for the delay, but here’s the whole progress video. it didn’t happen over night and some days were worse than others. on days i wasn’t doing chin-up pullovers i was doing pull-ups and anything else i could to strengthen my body and get used to the motions but one of the biggest things i did in between the last two videos was give myself a rest. i think that was after a 4 day break. so remember be patient with yourself, keep grinding, and always remember sabbath rest is just as important! side note i don’t wanna hear anything about my armpits!🤣
