I’ve been a huge fan of the amazing @billcampbellphd since I found him on a podcast back in 2017. I don’t think he even had social media back then, but I went out of my way to stay up to date with the research he was doing at USF, and he has always been my point man on all things physique science. It’s a huge honour to have been asked to contribute to his latest venture, his ‘Body by Science’ research review, as an expert coach.
