🍫 Flourless Chocolate Cake (Audrey Style) Serves: 12 Ingredients: • 11 oz (300 g) unsweetened dark chocolate, chopped • 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) whole milk • 1 stick (120 g) unsalted butter, cut into pieces • 8 eggs, separated • 1 cup (200 g) sugar • Butter & flour (for pan) • Powdered sugar (for topping) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Butter and flour a 10- or 12-inch (25–28 cm) round cake pan. 2. Melt chocolate with milk in a bain-marie. Stir in butter until smooth. 3. Remove from heat and stir in 8 egg yolks. 4. In a separate bowl, whip egg whites, gradually adding sugar until stiff peaks form. 5. Fold egg whites into chocolate mixture. Pour into the prepared pan. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. Turn off oven, crack the door, and let cake sit for a few minutes to prevent cracking. 7. Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove.
