Here’s what I wore for 10 days! And line always, it is interesting to see how a lot of my ideas come up in pairs, even if they weren’t worn right after each other. Clearly I have a fascination with certain themes and it’s only really apparent once I put them together in these posts. Color and going tonal seems to be a theme; there’s also the two approaches to “black in summer” in the form of big pants and then shorts! Then there’s some rather fun ideas like the cowboy look and the new black riding pants (worn with a navy jacket and a fedora)! Actually now that I think about it, this feels rather casual— it’s probably because it’s hot and I need to wear my Sport shirts as much as possible. I wrote this to trivia, board games, cowboy poetry (yes i read another another poem), drinks with friends (a few times), driving someone to LAX (after coffee of course), and watching the LA Phil perform the music of John Williams (but John wasn’t there 😿). I’ll let you guess which fit was worn where.
