📌 Save this for the days you’re getting off track: Like the rest of the world... the flip of a calendar page to the new year symbolized a great time for making some changes in my life... I REALLY over-indulged during the holidays and now I am calling on my trainer to help get me back in shape. The video above shows some of our workout and below are my tips for staying on track when chasing new fitness goals ⬇️ 📝 Write down your goal AND verbally tell someone 👫 Find an accountability partner - text or call them about progress and challenges 🗓️ Schedule your workouts, just like you would for an appointment or meeting. Trying to “fit it in” won’t cut it, you have to plan ahead and make the time. 😰 Be vulnerable and honest: don’t cheat yourself by making excuses ❤️ Do it for YOU! Remind yourself why you’re on this journey. 🧐 Consult a professional, I don’t know nearly enough about nutrition... so I’m always asking questions and reading articles 😁 HAVE FUN!!! If you’re not enjoying the time you’re putting into your goals, adjust the type of workouts you’re doing or who you’re doing them with!
