We never just arrive at confidence It’s a a muscle that you continue to build...daily. Self-confidence is a practice and a skill that we can continuously choose to master Just like any skill, we have to keep getting our hands wet and immerse ourselves in “the thing,” to become more confident. Confidence is build on experience. We need to approach confidence not as a fixed quality to be attained, but as a continuous pursuit to be engaged in throughout our lives Our true confidence will always be tested. We can appear strong, only to crumble in the face of struggle, criticism or failure. In those moments, it seems like confidence is nothing more than a fleeting feeling. Although life will always bring challenges, so we have to continue to strengthen our skill These are some that help boost my confidence ⚡️Just starting You will be amazed how much you can actually figure out on your own. Just starting is empowering in itself. Once you see what you are capable of that will develop your confidence. Nothing feels better than saying “I did it myself” ⚡️Working out Get your body moving. Set a goal you are dedicated to obtaining. Exercise helps to increase confidence when there are realistic, attainable goals. Attaining your goals will help you feel successful, which in turn, helps us feel more confident. Also to feel good in your body increases confidence. Win win ⚡️Small steps every day Every day be accomplishing tasks. Have a vision and plan for where you want your days to go. Make sure at least 2 tasks of your day is leading you the direction you want to go ⚡️ Practice gratitude daily Make it a habit to think positive thoughts and what you are grateful for right now. The more you focus on the positive, the more confident you will feel in the present moment What do you need to do consistently to build your confidence?
