“Our family received the most devastating news on Thursday, August 18, 2022. My brother, Joshua Villegas Naranjo, was fatally stabbed in the city of Highland, CA. His life was tragically taken away from us, and we are still coming to terms with our loss. Joshua was only 34 years young, and his life did not deserve to be cut so short. Those of you who knew him knew he was caring, funny and charismatic. Josh was such an amazing person with the most contagious laugh out there; he could make anyone laugh without any effort. He was always so full of life that no matter what came his way, he'd always show his big beautiful smile. Josh knew how to light up the room. Most importantly, he was such a loving and caring Father. He leaves behind four amazing children Joshua (17), Jazelle (15), Jayde (9) and Julez (7). Unfortunately, they won't have the opportunity to continue making lifetime memories with him. Anyone who knew my brother knew his children were his life and reason for living. Now they must face the difficulties of living life without their father. Our family is broken and sickened by the thought of never seeing his handsome face and smile again. We were all robbed of any hope we ever had.
