6 years ago today, I got the email from @neveuxstudios that photos from our photoshoot were being publishing in the next months copy of @muscleandfitnesshers . This was such an incredible feeling knowing that everything I’d been working towards, was not only being published in a huge magazine, but that I’d created another footprint in the legacy I’ve always dreamed of leaving behind... • @danfinefitness to this day is the best coach I’ve ever worked with, as well as my brother & friend. I do my best to implement everything you’ve taught me in my life still. “No f*cking excuses Allana”, “You’re stronger than you’re giving yourself credit for Allana”, “Stop eating like an Asshole Allana”. 😂 I wouldn’t be who I am today without your imprint on me Dan. Thank you for pushing me to reach full potentials for years. 🙏🏻 • Life has since changed a lot, but I will always look back on this moment for motivation & inspiration.. and who knows, maybe I’ll be in a different kind of magazine in the future? They say, speak into existence right? 🤷🏻‍♀️ As much as I still love fitness & training, I’ve reached a turning point. At 32 years old, happily married, in ANOTHER new state, you could say I’ve had more than one epiphany & wake-up call.
