Today October 16 is World Food Day. As many of you know I’ve always had a passion for cooking and eating healthy food. So often many of us take food security and the importance of healthy food for granted. I have made my life mission to work with Acceso to make sure we can create systems to ensure we are both creating jobs and creating food security. Acceso currently operates in El Salvador, Haiti and Colombia and is revolutionizing food systems in Latin America and the Caribbean by providing sustainable solutions to broken food systems and putting smallholder farmers and workers first.
