Banana Bread Truffles (No Bake) 2 tbsp cup milk 1/3 cup melted butter 1 banana 1 package of Miss Jones Everyday Delicious Banana Bread & Muffin Mix 3/4 cup chocolate chips * If still too moist you can add a scoop pr tsp of collagen or protein powder * Directions: Mash 1 banana with a fork in a medium bowl. Add in melted butter, milk, and whisk until fully combined. Add in mix and stir until incorporated. If the mixture is too soft or watery, add in a scoop or two of protein powder or collagen. Put your batter in the fridge for an hour or two to harden. Using a cookie scoop make the balls and place them on a parchment lined pan. Place in the freezer until hard. Melt your chocolate and dip your banana balls in. Place back in the freezer to harden.
