When I get a really great lift from lightening I NEVER use toner unless my guest wants a cool blonde or anything other than a natural “beachy” blonde! I do however wash the hair with Purple Shampoo after rinsing out the Bleach Lightener. I let it sit on the hair for a couple minutes before rinsing. I have found that this step really makes the bright blonde pieces pop and almost look white in contrast to the other blonde tones in the hair!
