healthy habits i implemented this weekend to rest + recharge: - cancelled almost all my plans and stayed in - slept with my phone in the other room + didn’t touch it for an hour after waking up - didn’t exercise, i let my body rest because that’s what it needed - restocked my kitchen with healthy + yummy food from the farmers market - spent lots of time by the water, which always refuels me - took a social media break and focused on being present - had a very fun sunday on the water with friends because life’s too short to say no to a sunday boat day #healthyhabits #rechargeyourself #restandrelaxation
