I’ve jumped off of a plane and I’ve jumped off of a bridge, though competing Senior Semi Professional in Pole Art Israel was the scariest thus far. And let me tell you why. When you jump off planes and bridges, you usually only get one or two jumps. I ran my 3 and a half minute routine countless times for 5 months!!! I had to face my fear of flipping and falling every week- it was a big challenge. @jdancerjose has this special ability to choreograph impossible routines that are somehow possible at the end. You don’t believe it until it happens. Was it the most rewarding experience in my life thus far? Most definitely. I can’t believe I did it. I did it!!!! I didn’t fall, I didn’t die, my bad side Ayesha is not so bad anymore, I feel stronger, accomplished, and learned so many new tricks and transitions😍 I can still cry thinking about it. PHEW. It’s over. Thank god it’s over. But thank god it happened.
