A KAZOO FOR YOU, AND YOU 10,000 Kazoos is a mass participation event for RISING in 2023. It’ll do what it says on the box: 10,000 people, playing 10,000 kazoos, together in frenzied unison. It’ll be a huge, howling moment. But we need help to kazoo it because, to be fair, it is a very ambitious number of kazoos.
