I don’t know what drug I’ve taken but I’m feeling fantastic. Seriously it’s amazing how waking up feeling 100% positive can set your mood for the day. I usually slightly dread exercising but this morning I am so excited to be doing it and we’ve done our ruthlessly fabulous routine @nathalie_hayward
