When cutting hair we get so lost in the details of each but we are cutting that we lose track of the final result. It's also important to try again and again to remember that when the hair is wet and held in your hands, you are stretching it out and it will shrink. So much! Specifically with a razor cut because it ends up getting a little petal waves on the ends. I suggest stopping as many times as you can remember and stepping 2 feet back from your work and just touching the hair. Touch it a lot.
