They say you will always remember your first 200hr training. It is such a turning point in one's life , that will give you a lifelong bond with those who you shared this path with. Little did I know that at some point in my life I would have the honor to be part of some yogis' journey the same way how my teacher changed my life, giving me not only the technical knowledge but moral codes and ethical guidelines to live by for life. So now here we are, setting off these 9 beautiful souls on their journey to spread their wings, share what they have, change the world one little step at the time. Change on the outside will only come if we change inside, do the work internally. Dropping our selfish attitude and start serving others selflessly, for the beauty of giving without expecting back anything. That is the way. Super proud of you all.
