WHY I AM SHARING THIS? ⬇️ Because I want you to know being a content creator can be a rewarding job! There are opportunities out there. Brands want and need good content creators and there are also platforms, apps, affiliate programs & more that pay. I have been a content creator for 3 years and my goal in 2022 was to hit 6 figures and 100,000 followers. I successfully did both, all while being a full time stay at home mom. It wasn’t easy. It requires a lot of motivation & being a self starter - which I am! I work 24/7 but I can work anywhere! I work at home, in my car, in Target, on vacation, in the doctors office, at the nail salon, even when I sleep thanks to a website & automation. I did this all myself. No assistant, no mgmt, just me busting my butt & letting my creativity shine. I have worked with some of my dream brands this year and I still can’t believe I get paid to do what I love and be at home with my kids. I gave up a 6 figure salary and a big corporate job to be a stay at home mom. After a couple years we really needed my income and I needed a hobby. Little did I know making my IG public in 2020 would lead me to an even better paying job. My advice to you is to just start! Decide on a niche & begin creating reels & photos. Start networking. Work on growing your account & find apps and platforms to apply for brands. Ask questions, utilize other social media platforms. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket. Find a mentor. Build a community. Always be hustling & it will pay off. I can’t wait to see where 2023 takes me. I hired a mgr and they are busy knocking on doors for me.
