This past Sunday I got to collab with Chef Sandra Holl at @floriole . Truly an honor to work with her and her staff. She’s so kind and thoughtful. The idea behind the dinner was doing a seasonal menu that would be relatable to kids, but elevated enough to expand their perceptives.
If you haven’t checked out Floriole you definitely should. Really beautiful and delicious items. I hope the food we delivered lived up to that standard. We cook with the blood!!
