COCADA This dessert is inspired in one of my idols and one of colombian biggest Chef representations @luzcocinatradicional. Coconut is one of the most traditional fruits used in Colombia and is something I grew up eating, from fresh from the streets to a cocada. The main ingredient in this dessert is the MONGO MONGO which is a traditional candy from the Colombian Caribe, made out of 5 different fruits. White represent purity and peacefulness, and with this I wanted to represent the beauty of the Colombian women who makes the Mongo Mongo.
