Photos and words can’t really do justice for the dining experience we had yesterday @restaurantalchemist 🥲 From the moment the huge metal doors open, you are immersed into a completely different world, where art, science, food, visual and sound effects come together to create something truly different and special. The experience takes you through 5 dining rooms, most of the time being spent in a room called ‘The Dome’. A huge installment of graphics changing through the night is setting the tone for a night where you completely forget about the rest of the world. Food for thought, like Orwells Big Brother from ‘1984’ watching you, edible butterflies, cage free chicken and Andy Warhols ‘Banana’ is served to you, where political ideas and social concepts are questioned with the simple end goal of making guests eat delicious food. Thank you @jj.cph @rasmusmunkalchemist and everybody working at Alchemist for accompanying us in the 6 hours we spent there last night not thinking for a single moment of what is happening outside those walls.
