It was a pleasure to speak to the American Society for Laser Surgery and Medicine (ASLMS) board about our vision for the 40th annual meeting to be held April 21-25, 2021, in Orlando Florida! Although the conference world will likely be changed by COVID, we are optimistic that premier educational and networking events such as the ASLMS meeting will continue to thrive in both in-person and virtual formats. The ASLMS meeting is an unparalleled opportunity for scientists, clinicians, residents, students, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives to learn, share, investigate, and create ideas in a multi specialty in multi-disciplinary environment.
