Summer tour is officially done. 17 shows, 16 cities, 6 weeks 😴 I honestly don’t really have the words to express how amazing this tour has been. Made friends for life. Feeling more confident in my live show than ever. Wrote some new songs that will be on whatever the next release is. But honestly, the best part has just been getting to play these songs for people, seeing your reactions in real time, and building together through real-life moments. I was getting pretty internet-weary for a second and wondering if I even wanted to be doing this in an industry where short-lived viral moments are what everyone is striving for (especially in LA). But the fact that people actually came to these shows, getting to hear about how my music has impacted you, singing together....it’s fucking magic and this is all I wanna do. Thank you to everyone who helped put this together, from the amazing bands we played with (@raddiemoss @lady.pills.music @sofya_wang @thealexavilla @tolliv3r @ddwalkernyc @melbryantmusic), to all the locals in each city who brought people and literally on occasion let us stay in their homes (huge shoutout @learningcurveoh), to everyone who put us up, fed us, helped put together the shows. And a massively huge thank you to my manager/partner in crime/occasional therapist @cgc_britt for booking this whole tour with me and making this happen.
