One of the most important things I’ve learned as a business owner is to build relationships with clients. When I opened my first salon I knew that not only did I want to create beautiful nails but I wanted to have a place for my clients to relax and have fun! I made sure every person that walked in my salon door was greeted and offered a drink or snack (even if they weren’t my client). Save personal phone calls or texts for after their service is completed. By doing this you will be able to bond more with your client, making them feel more special. Creating a repeat clientele. 💗 Celebrate Your Clients. Sending a text to your clients on their birthday and a small gift for your top clients during the holiday season will make your clients feel so loved! Clients will notice these kind gestures and it will be deeply appreciated.
