The upcycling guru, Nicole McLaughlin began her career at Reebok as a graphic designer apprentice in 2015, and stayed at Reebok HQ in Massachusetts until 2019 when she found her own design consulting firm, Nicole McLaughlin LLC in NYC. Camping chairs turned into a utility vest, shorts made out of Lego and Carhartt beanies, sourdoughs that are shaped to make them look like gloves and toques.
