If you would like to be part of our Mele i ka Lani Music Festival this holiday season, be sure to register as practice will begin on September 28. Mele I Ka Lani translates to "Sing to the heavens". This holiday season, the Laulima cultural team of UTOPIA Washington seeks to "Lift every voice" by hosting a holiday music festival. We are asking for community members to join this effort to usher community into the holiday season by bringing a piece of our island home here to Washington by way of music. The music festival will also serve as a fundraising effort for the cultural team, and all proceeds will help build the cultural home of UTOPIA Washington.
