Behind every successful woman .... is a whole tribe more. And let me tell you about mine. Team JRI stepped up to an epic wild month with "we've got you" energy -- and I haven't yet seen my face on the office dartboard. (It's coming though -- 'cause I'm gonna put it there and take the first shot.) They've slayed stacked 10-hour days, installed in cruel heat, sprinted across airports to sidestep cancelled flights, pulled off NYC-level photo shoot hijinks and high-style spaces across so many state lines, remodeled a house in 4 weeks, accessorized 128 bookshelves in two days 😵‍💫, put out all the missing-late-ugh freight truck fires, conjured up mattresses and lamps and even sofas out of thin air, worked all the late nights and weekends, and even had a set of chairs reupholstered in legit three hours --- all while making beauty and magic for our clients and offering togetherness for one another at every turn. One day, their health apps showed they climbed about 40 flights of stairs. Each. They are genius superstar badass angels. I love them. Thank you, my wondrous, peerless dream team. Thank you.
