AFTER! There are only 2 days of the week where lifting and running overlap and I still enjoy focusing my energy on strength training. 2️⃣ Why do you do a mid-week Long Run? Because it works for my schedule. I’d rather have most of my weekend free. 3️⃣ How long have you been lifting? About 20 years! 4️⃣ How long have you been running? More seriously for about 7 years! 5️⃣ How many miles a week do you run? Anywhere between 30-38mi on average.
