After a long break, I’m so excited to share my Pilates Foundations Program. This is the only workout that I’ve been doing postpartum. Nothing makes me feel more connected to my body than classical pilates. I truly believe in this method no matter what stage you are at, this program is designed for all levels. I break down the classical pilates principles and apply them to every movement. We will focus on form and doing the exercises with precision and control.
