The Beef Pie Lollipop 🥧🥩 On my quest to elevate barbecue recipes, I had the idea of putting a savoury meat pie on a stick. I had no idea how I was going to do it until I saw my local butcher shop had Beef Plate Ribs. This was perfect! The rib was long and pretty much flat. I could use the bone as the stick! Taking these out of the oven, my main concern was making sure it could stand up on its own. After about 10 minutes of cooling down, it worked! The pie was secure on the bone.
