As a mom of 4 that homeschools, these are some daily things I try to do to keep our home calmer🤎 It doesn’t mean our home is always calm haha, but I do feel like these make me feel calmer & less stressed which helps the boys be calmer (most of the time)🙃 Also I’ve recently been taking @countrylifevitamins NEW Maxi Hair Gummies to help this crazy postpartum growth & I’m really loving them! This one is so crucial for me, I either lift weights or go on weighted vest walk. Do one load of laundry start to finish. Why is putting laundry away one of the hardest parts haha?! Putting away my phone unless we’re working. Easier said than done but makes such a difference for everyone when my phone isn’t out. Taking my @countrylifevitamins hair vitamins with a big glass of water after lunch. Killing two birds with 1 stone by staying hydrated while also trying to help this crazy postpartum hair! Sit outside in the sun for 10 min during quiet time. Sometimes I read, sometimes I just sit but I set a timer for 10 min to force myself to stop and breathe to prep for the rest of the day! Prepping dinner early. Like chopping veggies, etc. Here I chopped peppers for roasting, am soaking rice for taco bowls, & went ahead & mixed together taco seasoning. Dimming the lights and lighting candles for soft light at morning and night. Plus it makes the house feel so cozy. Always reset kitchen and start dishwasher at night before bed! A non-negotiable for me. I cannot go to sleep with a messy kitchen. Other places can be messy not the kitchen.
