WASHINGTON ROAD TRIP PHOTO DUMP Eddie & I drove up to Bainbridge Island, WA the 1st week of Aug where my Grandma Betsy is from to see our extended family there and also to spread the ashes of my Mom and Grandma in the Puget Sound per their wishes. We lost both of them last year and this was the best time for everyone to gather and finalize their wishes. We had a double memorial for them both in July of last year however I contracted Covid just a couple days before the service and could not participate for safety reasons, which made this occasion all the more profound for me. It was also Eddie’s first trip through Oregon and Washington so we made sure to allow time to check out Portland and Seattle. She has been in a committed relationship with her partner Margaret for 43 years now. I adore them both so much. 🏳️‍🌈 I’m very thankful to my entire family for making this such a wonderful trip. We are excited to return hopefully sooner than later! ❤️
