She is a dry still fine apple wine (aka cider) made with Arkansas Black, Black Twig, Sierra Beauty, Newtown Pippin, Rome, and Wickson apples hand-harvested in 2022 from certified biodynamic and beyond organic orchard @filigreenfarm in Mendocino County. Filigreen Farm is comprised of apple orchard history spanning over 40 years with orchard prominence as early as the 1900s with Tabahtea Pomo indigenous stewardship origins. Similar to some age-worthy white wines, PACHAMAMA was barrel-aged in neutral French oak for over two years. Think creamy, white and green floral, fresh dewy Asian pear, limestone minerality, with crisp and clean textural lemony acid and elegant tannins. She’s super expressive, fruit-forward, lushiously light, and aromatic exemplifying the flourishing beautiful home she originates from.
