#Spotlight | ‘A Passion for Form: New Perspectives’ Bahamian artist Anina Major utilises craft to investigate the intersections between nostalgia, belonging, and identity. As an artist living and working outside of her home country, Major views displacement as a space for self-expression. Her practice spans craft and found objects, encouraging a sense of ‘déjà vu’ and reclamation. The artist is part of the upcoming event ‘New Perspectives’, a panel discussion between Andrés Monzón-Aguirre, Anina Major and Zizipho Poswa, moderated by Isabella Smith and presented in collaboration with ‘Crafts’ Magazine and the Crafts Council.
