Despite the weather, hundreds gathered in Downtown Las Vegas Monday morning to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Participants gathered at 4th and Hoover at 8am before proceeding down 4th Street toward Ogden. Marching bands filed into formation, local leaders waved from decorative floats, residents lined the sidewalks, many with pictures and quotes from Dr. King.
