Been putting in the work on the sidelines during these past 10 weeks and 5 days of training. I have had some ups and downs throughout it hearing both good and bad news along the way about the injury but still got the work done āœ… I worked out that I have managed to complete a total of 217.13 hours of training averaging out at 20.2 hours a week. The shortest week being just over 16 hours and biggest been the one just finished of over 23 hours. I have been putting in the hard work on various cross trainers šŸ˜‚, assault bikes, hand bikes, circuit training, spin sessions, cycling and ski Erg! Some days been tough to just go back into a gym setting but now I’m ready to make the comeback šŸ˜ Return to running starts this Friday after completing the necessary hopping exercises with no pain. Feel like I have never been this aerobically fit before and was never going to give up during this block of training! Now for 3 days of complete rest to allow the body to rejuvenate and to reap the benefits of the hard work! Watch out 2023 is going to be big šŸ‘€šŸ¤© @nnrunningteam @nike @nikelondon @jdgyms @globalsportscommunication
