I reconnected with me. Not “mother” me, not “fiancé or girlfriend”me, not “nurse” me, not “daughter” me or “sister” me or “trainer” me.... Just me. I found out new things that I like and dislike. I found what brings me peace and joy🥹, I learned how to listen to my body and most importantly give it the rest it needs. I was on a journey to find and love myself and I did just that. I’ve fallen in love with me for the first time and it’s not because of weight loss or a look, I feel beautiful on the inside 🥹 now im stronger than ever because I lift and my body is clean because my diet is clean.
