I own lots of drawings and paintings made by artists I love, some of them are by heroes of mine and some of them are by friends and some are by heroes who happen to also be friends. Which brings me to this drawing; This is a *signed* self-portrait of @kickassannie that I own. This drawing is so fuckin rare! Like, if my apartment catches on fire and I only have time to grab and save ONE thing... well.. it would probably be my computer. But this drawing would definitely get some split-second consideration. Maybe a full second. To the people who know Koyama, you all get it. And if you don't know her, I don't even have space here to explain it. Anyway, today's her birthday and I'm crushed I can't be with her today so obviously I've been thinking of her. I was searching through my phone to see if I had any fun drawings I did of her that I'd saved, when I realized I should probably just share this. I guess it's kind of a weird tribute but I mostly wanted to show off that I have this. Happy Birthday, Koyama I love you and maybe this will make you draw more because look how much a one-minute doodle means to me. Imagine if you had spent longer on it? I'd probably leave my computer to burn, probably.
