We're always on Island Time in The Lounge. Relax with us ✨ Konnos, named after Konnos Beach on the southeast side of Cyprus, is our riff on the classic Jungle Bird cocktail. The drink originated at the Aviary Bar at the Kuala Lumpur Hilton in the 1970s, and traditionally features dark rums, pineapple, Campari, and lime. Our version features Dos Maderas rum & Amaro Dell'Etna from Sicily in place of Campari. Pull up a chair in The Lounge and sail away. Dinner reservations always start our Lounge but you can always sneak in for an after dinner drink no matter where you dined.
