2 years ago I interviewed for a full time personal training position because I didn’t believe I had what it took to run my own business- I got to the final round and I just felt in my gut that I had something different to offer. I wasn’t exactly sure how I could approach it but I saw a gap in the market for an approach to women’s health that approached educating on nutrition in a no BS way but also in a way that left women feeling empowered about their choices around food, not restricted. I remember the guy who interviewed me laughing at my decision saying “good luck trying to create your own business” which obviously only 🔥 me up even more🙂 I had no idea how to even create an LLC but I figured it out. Somehow I found my footing. I still feel a bit like I’m just rolling with the punches. Just when I think I’m feeling so confident, more challenges come. But I won’t ever give up because of my daily conversations I have with women who need our help & services. I still can’t believe I get to talk with women all across the country daily about nutrition, lifestyle changes, and hearing their struggles.
